教育是一种塑造人的活动,教育也是一个不断纠正失范行为的过程,其根本目的是把人培养成符合社会所要求的人。教师惩戒权作为伴随着教育活动而出现的一种客观现象,应该尽早通过立法加以肯定,并且明确细分其种类、范围,以便广大教师在实际教育活动中规范操作。这样才能构建更加高效的教育教学管理制度,更加有利于青少年学生的健康成长和教育目标的达成。
Education is a kind of human activities. Education is also a process of constantly correcting misconduct. The fundamental purpose of education is to train people to meet the needs of society. As an objective phenomenon accompanied by educational activities, teacher discipline right should be affirmed by legislation as soon as possible, and its category and scope should be clearly divided so that the majority of teachers can regulate and operate in actual educational activities. Only in this way can we build a more efficient education and teaching management system and be more conducive to the healthy growth of young students and the achievement of educational goals.
