LED灯具散热板的翅片与散热空间在尺度上存在很大的差距。在数值模拟中,空间边界条件的设置、翅片壁面附近湍流模式的处理及压力差值格式的选用对于计算结果会产生很大的影响。结合某型LED灯具的翅片散热板在大空间中自然对流散热的数值模拟,将压力入口和压力出口两种边界条件、壁面函数法和低Re数k-ε模型两种壁面处理方式以及SIMPLE算法中的标准和PRESTO两种压力差值格式的组合进行了模拟计算对比,并将模拟结果用实验进行了检验。实验表明,模拟结果可与实验结果很好匹配,其误差可在2%以内。
