浮顶油罐在使用过程中,浮顶运行状态及各部油罐附件使用状况,都需要经常检查以便维护检修,保证设备正常运行。我们在检查浮顶时总感到泡沫挡板太高,跨越困难,很不方便,且挡板用材完全可以节省一部分。以10000m~3罐为例说明并修改如下: 采用的施工图为北京石油设计院设计的(重水L-145/3系列图)。据重水L-145/明说明“……其顶面沿周向有向心坡度,浮船顶与罐壁之间有弹性密封装置,因而使油罐顶部聚积的油气减少,因此根据浮船式浮顶油罐的构造情况,发生火灾的可能性较少,同时发生火灾的范围起初是在软密封的局部地区进行,仅在密封装置被火烧坏后才会漫延到整个密封装置。本设计针对上述情况,在浮船上设置泡沫挡板,以阻止泡沫流失,使泡沫堆积在罐壁与泡沫挡板之间的环形空间内,以扑灭火灾。”结构如图:
