目的了解临床骨质疏松性骨折老年女性患者健康行为现状,为制定该人群健康干预提供科学依据。方法采用自设问卷,对郑州大学第二附属医院504名60岁及以上的骨质疏松性骨折女性患者进行面对面问卷调查。结果临床骨质疏松性骨折老年女性患者骨质疏松行为平均得分为(30.19±4.05)分,及格率为31.3%。多元线性回归分析,既往以体力劳动为主者及缺乏医疗保障者是影响临床骨质疏松性骨折老年女性患者健康行为的主要危险因素。结论重点加强既往工作性质以体力劳动为主的患者及无医疗保障的老年女性患者的健康教育力度,减少骨质疏松性骨折的发生。
Objective To understand the status quo of health behaviors of elderly female patients with clinical osteoporotic fractures and to provide a scientific basis for making health interventions for this population. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey on 504 female osteoporotic fracture patients aged 60 years and over in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Results The average osteoporosis score of elderly female patients with clinical osteoporotic fracture was (30.19 ± 4.05) points, with a passing rate of 31.3%. Multivariate linear regression analysis, formerly manual labor-based and lack of medical security are the main risk factors affecting the health behavior of elderly female patients with clinical osteoporotic fracture. Conclusions Emphasis will be placed on strengthening the health education of patients with past work-based nature and elderly women without medical insurance to reduce the incidence of osteoporotic fractures.
