“90后”学生作为当今社会颇受争议的一代,已经长大并走入技工学校开始学习,在日常的生活学习中暴露出不少的新问题,我们试图通过对“90后”学生的特点进行分析,尝试探索一些班主任管理工作的方法,以满足当今职业教育发展的迫切需要。
