目的:探讨优质护理在老年前列腺增生手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年7月至2016年7月清远市人民医院收治的70例老年前列腺增生手术者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。患者均实施前列腺增生手术,对照组患者实施常规化护理,以此为基准,观察组患者实施优质护理,对比两组患者护理满意度,护理效果以及抑郁评分情况。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者护理后的抑郁评分,护理满意度与护理效果显著较好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于实施前列腺增生手术的老年患者,实施优质护理,可全面提升患者护理满意度,促进疾病转归,消除内心中不良情绪,提升治疗配合度。
Objective: To explore the application of quality nursing in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Seventy patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in Qingyuan People ’s Hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group. Patients underwent benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery, and patients in the control group were given routine care. Based on this, patients in the observation group were given quality care, and their satisfaction with nursing care, nursing effect and depression score were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the depression score, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the observation group were significantly better, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of quality care for elderly patients undergoing benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery can improve patient satisfaction, promote the prognosis of illness, eliminate the negative emotions in the heart and improve the coordination of treatment.
