《案发经过》是每个刑事案件必备的书面材料,庭审中也必然对其作为证据予以宣读,这已经成为约定俗成的惯例。笔者对此提出质疑,本文就此问题作一初探,以期抛砖引玉。 “The passing of the case” is an indispensable written material for every criminal case and it must also be read out as evidence in the court hearing.
