针对下水管道堵塞的问题,设计了一种新型的弧形管道贴合电容传感器及其测量电路,并运用微小电容测量方法,实现了非金属管道内部堵塞检测。实验结果表明,由于空气和水之间的介电常数相差非常大,利用管壁间电容的变化来判断管内堵塞是可行的。该电容检测法具有较高的灵敏度、稳定性、便捷性以及良好的动态特性,为非金属管道内部堵塞判断及预警提供了一个方便、快速、有效的手段。
Aimed at the blockage problem of sewer pipe, a new type of curved pipe-fitting capacitance sensor and its measuring circuit are designed. And the detection of the blockage inside the non-metallic pipe is realized by using the small capacitance measuring method. The experimental results show that due to the large difference between the dielectric constant of air and water, the use of changes in the capacitance between the walls to determine the pipe plug is feasible. The capacitance detection method has high sensitivity, stability, convenience and good dynamic characteristics, and provides a convenient, rapid and effective method for judging and early warning of the blockage inside the non-metallic pipe.
