根据国家发改委、住房城乡建设部修订出台的《党政机关办公用房建设标准》,近日,湖北省发改委、住建厅联合印发《湖北省乡级机关办公用房建设标准》。按照文件要求,乡级机关工作人员正职、副职办公室使用面积,分别不得超过每人24平方米和18平方米,乡级以下机关工作人员办公室使用面积不得超过每人9平方米。乡级机关服务用房编制定员人均使用面积不应超过每人6至8平方米。乡级机关办公用房建筑容积率不得超过0.8。乡级机关
