为了解决超前排放钻孔局部防突措施在低透气性煤层中效果不佳的问题,提出了注气配合超前排放孔局部防突措施。通过井下压风系统向煤体中注入0.3 MPa压缩空气,加强超前排放钻孔排放瓦斯效果。该措施在阳煤新景矿进行了现场试验,结果证明:可以提高排放孔排放瓦斯速度,提高瓦斯排放量,达到快速消突效果。
In order to solve the problem that the local outburst prevention measures of the advanced exhausting borehole are not effective in the low permeability coal seam, the local outburst prevention measures of gas injection with the advance vent hole are put forward. 0.3MPa compressed air is injected into the coal through the downhole pressurized air system to enhance the methane emission by advanced drainage drilling. This measure has been carried out on site in Yangmeng Xinjing Mine. The result proves that it can increase the methane gas drainage rate, increase the gas emission and achieve the quick elimination effect.
