目前现河稠油井的防砂主要有化学防砂和绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂。由于化学防砂方法成本高,热采井有效期短,绕丝筛管砾石充填方法在应用中施工工艺比较复杂,为此开发了稠油热采无机相变高温固结砂,该工艺配合针对性的施工工艺,可以在有效防砂、最大限度保护油井产能同时,降低施工难度和综合成本。
At present, river sand wells are mainly chemical sand control and wire wound gravel packing sand control. Due to the high cost of the chemical sand control method and the short effective period of the heat recovery wells, the construction process of the gravel packing method of the wire screen is complicated.
