世界卫生组织从1959年至1979年对猝死的定义曾先后修改多次。虽修改多次,其内容概括如下:患者发病前多认为是“健康人”,或者虽然患病,但病情却在显著的改善中,突然发生心脏骤停而迅速死亡者称猝死。在数分钟、数秒钟乃至来不及出现症状即迅速死亡者称为即刻死亡;从症状或体征出现后24小时内死亡者称为猝死。本文收集了我校32年住院病人及非住院病人
The World Health Organization’s definition of sudden death from 1959 to 1979 has been modified many times. Although revised many times, its content is summarized as follows: Patients before the onset of more than that “healthy people”, or although sick, but the condition was significantly improved in the sudden cardiac arrest and rapid death were said to be sudden death. In a matter of minutes, a few seconds or even late onset of symptoms that rapid death were called immediate death; from symptoms or signs of death within 24 hours after the sudden death.
