研究了涂料中耐火材料的粒形、偶联剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)及粘结剂加入量对涂料抗干砂冲刷磨损性能的影响.结果表明:长条片状耐火材料在涂料中呈平行于涂料表面的状态分布,这有利于提高涂料的抗磨性;加入0.2%的偶联剂可显著提高涂料的抗磨性;粘结剂量越高,涂料的抗磨性越好.
The influence of particle shape, coupling agent (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) and the amount of binder on the abrasion and erosion resistance of anti-dry sand was studied. The results show that the strip flake refractory is distributed parallel to the surface of the coating in the coating, which is beneficial to improve the abrasion resistance of the coating. The addition of 0.2% coupling agent can significantly improve the abrasion resistance of the coating. The higher the dosage, the better the abrasion resistance of the coating.
