目的:考察各地红曲产生菌株间以及本实验室诱变育种所得红曲霉属真菌MS18号菌株的亲缘关系。方法:对从各地红曲药材样品中分离纯化到的12株红曲霉属真菌(MS01~12号)及MS18号菌株进行可溶性蛋白、酯酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的凝胶电泳分析。结果:MS01~12号菌株的3种电泳图谱完全一致,而MS18号菌株的电泳图谱发生了较大变化,这与形态学研究结果是一致的。结论:MS01~12号菌株为同1个种,而MS18号菌株与MS01~12号不是同1个种或是它们的1个变种。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the genetic relationship between Monascus spp. strains and Monascus spp. MS18 strains that were obtained from the mutation-producing strains in different regions. METHODS: Gel electrophoresis analysis of soluble protein, esterase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of 12 strains of Monascus spp. (MS01~12) and MS18 isolated and purified from red yeast medicinal material samples from different regions. . Results: The electrophoresis patterns of strains MS01~12 were completely identical, while the electrophoresis pattern of strain MS18 changed greatly. This is consistent with the results of morphological study. Conclusion: The strains MS01~12 are the same species, while the strains MS18 and MS01~12 are not the same species or one of them.
