斗彩和五彩是继青花之后的另两种彩绘瓷器,它们均有釉下青花,又有釉上多种色彩,施彩工艺也颇为相似。那两者又如何区分呢? 斗彩是明宣德官窑创新品种,是将釉下青花与釉上彩绘巧妙组合的崭新工艺,也是彩瓷中的绝妙精品。其主要特点是:用青花在瓷胎上勾绘主体纹饰或整体纹饰的轮廓线,罩上透明釉,经高温(1200℃以上)烧成青花器;再在烧好的釉面瓷胎上根据纹饰的设色需要,填上一种或多种不等色彩,而后再人炉(800℃)烘烧制成,这就是斗彩。
