兖州矿业(集团)公司济宁二号煤矿对实践中采取的输送带跑偏处理方法进行了总结。托辊安装位置误差引起的跑偏,安设中心转轴式和立辊式2种自动调心托辊组,利用阻挡托辊在水平方向转动阻挡或产生横向推力使输送带自动向心,达到调整跑偏的目的;采用叉型转动式调偏机构或有调节眼的纵梁,输送带偏向一侧的托辊组向输送带运行方向调整;如输送带向远离人员一侧跑偏,则把托辊组向输送带运行方向的反向移动。一般情况下,
