「見立て」是近年来横跨语言学、文学、艺能、美术、庭园艺术等多个领域的日本学术界的研究热点。本文从语源和含义、动机、构造和研究意义四个方面对「見立て」这一概念做了初步的探讨,主要从大的文化层面上勾画出不同领域(举例主要集中在美术领域)对「見立て」的表达和运用的概貌。为加深理解日本人的思维习惯、吸收外来文化和表达手法提供一个新的概念和思路。
