针对溶剂脱水塔醋酸分离难的问题,利用剩余曲线图(RCM)法研究醋酸-水-NBA三元共沸物体系,理论分析回流组分的改变对溶剂脱水塔操作的影响。运用ASPEN PLUS软件模拟某石化公司的脱水塔装置,结合实际分析精馏过程的各种影响因素,和优化相应的操作参数。回流比在0.76,水回流率在0.0285,酯相回流中的116流股比率控制在0.9时,模拟结果最佳。该结果对生产会有一定的指导作用。
In view of the difficulty of acetic acid separation in solvent dehydration tower, the residual acetic acid - water - NBA ternary azeotrope system was studied by the residual graph (RCM) method. The effect of the change of reflux component on the operation of solvent dehydration tower was analyzed theoretically. Using ASPEN PLUS software to simulate a petrochemical company’s dehydration tower device, combined with the actual analysis of the various factors of the distillation process, and optimize the corresponding operating parameters. The reflux ratio is 0.76, the water reflux rate is 0.0285, and the ratio of 116 stream in the ester phase reflux is controlled at 0.9, the simulation result is the best. The results of the production will have a guiding role.
