我国上市公司股权集中度和公司经营绩效有不同程度的影响,分析上市公司股权集中度的变化能够为公司经营提供良好的参考,便于公司决策。本报告分别随机选取主板、中小板、创业板共计45家上市公司进行股权结构分析,发现近五年来(2012-2016)公司股权集中度普遍下降,主板股权集中度大于中小板大于创业板,但是基本都是第一大股东相对控股并且前五大股东股权比重差距较小,主板和中小板近五年股权结构前五大股东持股比基本不变,创业板则有较大的降幅。
The ownership concentration of listed companies in our country and the performance of the company have different degrees of influence. Analyzing the changes of the ownership concentration of the listed companies can provide a good reference for the company’s operation and make it easier for the company to make decisions. This report separately selects 45 listed companies of motherboards, small and medium-sized boards and GEM to analyze the ownership structure randomly. It finds that in the recent five years (2012-2016), the ownership concentration of the companies generally declined. The ownership concentration of the main board is larger than that of SMEs, Are basically the largest shareholder of the relative holding and the proportion of the equity gap between the top five shareholders is small, the ownership structure of the top five shareholders of the board and small board ownership structure remained basically unchanged in the past five years, while the GEM board has a larger decline.
