目的:探讨血小板参数中平均血小板体积(MPV)的变化与2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的关系。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者180例(2型糖尿病组),并选择同期健康体检者142名(对照组)。检测并比较2组血小板计数(BPC)、MPV、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并比较不同MPV的2型糖尿病患者上述指标以及24 h尿微量白蛋白(24h-MAU)、血清肌酐(Scr)。结果:2型糖尿病组年龄、FPG、TG、MPV、PDW均高于对照组,而BPC低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。2型糖尿病患者MPV>11 fl组的PDW、24 h-MAU高于MPV≤11 fl组,而BPC低于MPV≤11 fl组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者MPV升高,并且MPV与糖尿病肾病的严重程度呈正相关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between platelet parameters (MPV) and type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 180 type 2 diabetic patients (type 2 diabetes mellitus) and 142 healthy controls (control group) were selected. The platelet count (BPC), MPV, PDW, TG, TC, FPG and HbA1C were detected and compared, and compared with different MPV Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 24 h urine micro-albumin (24h-MAU), serum creatinine (Scr). Results: The age, FPG, TG, MPV and PDW in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were higher than those in control group, while BPC was lower than that in control group (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01). The PDW, 24 h-MAU in MPV> 11 fl group was higher than that in MPV≤11 fl group in type 2 diabetes mellitus, while the BPC was lower than MPV≤11 fl group (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01). Conclusions: MPV is elevated in type 2 diabetic patients and MPV is positively correlated with the severity of diabetic nephropathy.
