抗日战争前期,苏联从它本国的利益出发,给了独立抗战中的中国有限的帮助,这就是苏联的援华借款。它的援华借款,实际是苏联先供给中国一些抗日急需的军用物资,然后由中国以农矿产品抵价偿还,在两者抵付的时间差内,由中国付给苏方年利率3%的利息,使借款具有了援助性质。关于这期间借款的数值、时间、笔次的详细情况,史学界曾有部份学者提出了他们的看法,但其中除了中国近代史研究所李嘉谷先生关于借款总额和笔数的观点外,笔者认为学者们的观点多有不确实之处,缘此本文拟就它们作些考证,并补充大量翔实的资料且通过对资料的综合分析来阐述自已的观点。
In the early days of the Anti-Japanese War, the Soviet Union proceeded from its own national interests and gave China’s limited help in the independent war of resistance. This is the Soviet Union’s aid loan to China. Its assistance to China borrowed was actually that the Soviet Union first provided some anti-Japanese urgent military supplies to China and was then repayable by China with the prices of agricultural and mineral products. Within the time offset between the two, China paid the interest rate of 3% Interest, the loan has the aid of the nature. Regarding the details of the value, time and number of borrowings during this period, some scholars in history have put forward their views. However, in addition to the opinions of Mr. Li Jiagu on the total amount of borrowings and the number of pens in the Institute of Modern Chinese History, Scholars have more than the point of view of uncertainty, so this article is intended to do some research on them, and add a lot of detailed information and through a comprehensive analysis of the data to elaborate their own point of view.
