设计质量保证是一个逐渐被人们认识的老课题，设计质量保证有其自身的特点，本文就设计质量保证的内容，作用与要求作了阐述，对设计评审的一些方法了初步介绍，借以增强设计质量保证意识和技能，使设计质量水平上一个新的台阶。
