目的：老年脑梗死治疗方法探讨。方法：采用溶栓治疗。结果：本组静脉溶栓血管再通率为47%，而动脉溶栓血管再通率为77.8%。结论：动脉溶栓治疗较静脉溶栓血管再通率有明显的增加。
