长江上中游油菜高产栽培配套技术系指长江上中游的油菜秋发栽培及配套技术。1986年,在中国农科院油料所主持下,组织川、湘、鄂三省7地(市)35县(市)协作攻关。1989年7月7～10日参加协作研究的单位代表在中油所进行了总结。 油菜的秋发栽培技术是由中国农科院油料所赵合句同志于1979年在湖北省广济县调查研究水田油菜高产栽培技术时总结出来的,经过六年的观察研究和三年的协作攻关,现己推广到川、湘、鄂三省
High-yield cultivation techniques of rapeseed in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River refers to the rapeseed autumn cultivation and its supporting techniques in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
