针对Inconel 718合金的Delta工艺,通过热压缩实验和扫描电镜及定量金相分析面积法研究了总变形量为70%时,变形温度、变形速率和变形量分配对δ相形貌、分布和数量的影响。实验结果表明,70%变形量下,所有工艺均使δ相得到了不同程度的球化。较高的变形温度和应变速率更有利于δ相的球化和尺寸的一致,终变形温度下大变形量不利于δ相的球化和尺寸的一致;δ相的分布受应变速率的影响较大,在1020~950℃和20%~50%变形量分配下,应变速率1 s-1时形成了严重的混晶组织,使得δ相分布极不均匀;δ相的数量随温度的降低和应变速率的减小而呈增多趋势。
Aiming at the Delta process of Inconel 718 alloy, the effects of deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation distribution on the morphology, distribution and quantity of δ phase were studied by means of hot compression test, scanning electron microscopy and quantitative metallographic analysis.
