[目的]探讨芦丁在HepG2细胞中是否影响AMPK蛋白信号通路.[方法]采用MTS法测定细胞毒性;采用Western blot方法检测AMPK蛋白的表达情况.[结果]芦丁在0~80μmol/L浓度范围内,在24 h内对HepG2肝癌细胞没有毒性;芦丁呈浓度和时间依赖性地增高AMPK磷酸化.[结论]芦丁对HepG2肝癌细胞AMPK蛋白信号通路有激活作用.
[Objective] To investigate whether rutin affects AMPK signal pathway in HepG2 cells. [Methods] The cytotoxicity was determined by MTS assay. The expression of AMPK protein was detected by Western blot. [Results] Rutin at the concentration of 0-80 μmol / L Within 24 h, it was not toxic to HepG2 hepatoma cells; Rutin increased AMPK phosphorylation in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner. [Conclusion] Rutin can activate AMPK signal pathway in HepG2 hepatoma cells.
