曲管实验,是苏联中级化学教科书中一个整套的实验。现在我国各地的个别学校教师也采用,但采用的学校也仅仅是某一些实验采用曲管去做,而不是全套。根据一部分教师反映的意见是这样:(一)优点方面:1.曲管实验,消耗药品特别少。与旧的实验方法比较,可节省4/5或9/(10)以上2.用曲管实验,可节省其他一部分仪器,实验设备可以简化。对备置困难的地区,化学实验室的设备比较容易。3.因实验仪器简单,学生容易自己动手去做,不需要4-5人一组最多两人一组实验,使每人都能得到动手实验的机会。4.曲管实验所发生的化学变化现象观察都很明确,和试管或烧瓶中实验的效果大部分是相同的。5.试验有毒性的气体,在曲管中操作,毒气发生的量不多,不致弥漫,致影响生身体。(二)尚未完全克服的缺点:1.现在使用的玻璃管质量不很好,弯曲不易均匀,加热亦易断裂。2.玻璃工厂尚未有全套曲管出售,弯管工作完全由各校教师操作,未免浪费教师时间。3.各校实验室几乎全是用酒精灯加热,灯上温度不够,不但学生不会把管弯好,就是教师非有经验的也不易弯好。且在酒精灯上易弯曲的玻璃管,使用时加热亦易损坏;使用时酒精灯上加热不坏的玻璃管,在制曲管时也不易弯好。4.现在使用的玻璃管,内径都嫌过小(约在6毫米),用后不易洗刷,如用洗液洗刷玻璃管,不仅浪费药品,而且浪费时间。最后请同志们注意:本文全部曲管实验插图中的滴管管径应该是和接触的曲管管径一样大的。 The curved pipe experiment is a set of experiments in the Soviet intermediate chemistry textbook. The bending work is completely performed by the teachers of each school, which is a waste of teacher time. 3. Almost all laboratories in schools use alcohol lamps for heating. The temperature on the lights is not enough. Not only will the students not bend the tube well, but also the teachers who are not experienced will not bend easily. In addition, the flexible glass tube on the alcohol lamp is easily damaged by heating when used; when it is used, the glass tube heated on the alcohol lamp is not bad, and it is not easy to bend when making the tube. 4. The glass tubes used today have too small internal diameters (about 6 mm) and are not easy to wash after use. For example, washing glass tubes with lotions is not only a waste of medicines but also a waste of time.
