有效的母子公司文化控制有利于促进母公司和子公司在价值观、行为目标等方面达成一致,实现集团公司的统筹发展。文中通过深入访谈和问卷调查相结合的方法,了解湖北烟草集团企业文化建设的现状,并结合孝感子公司的案例分析,从精神文化、制度行为文化和物质文化三方面探讨母子公司的文化控制途径。
Effective parent-child culture control helps to promote the parent company and its subsidiaries in terms of values, behavioral goals and other aspects of the agreement to achieve the integrated development of the company. Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires to understand the status quo of the construction of enterprise culture in Hubei Tobacco Group, combined with the case analysis of Xiaoganzi Company, from the spiritual culture, institutional and behavioral culture and material culture to explore the parent-subsidiary culture control approach .
