干旱、冷害、盐碱等非生物逆境严重影响了作物产量和品质。而干旱是最为普遍的非生物逆境形式,限制了作物的种植范围,因而抗旱育种显得尤为重要。本研究从甘蓝型油菜中克隆到干旱胁迫相关基因BnBiP,通过在甘蓝型油菜中超量表达,对这个基因的功能进行了分析和鉴定,并对这个基因进行了抗逆性机制的探讨。主要结果如下:1.根据已知的大豆中的soyBiPD (Accession no.AF031241)的cDNA序列
