今年以来,国内外经济形势、经济环境错综复杂,各方面对中国经济增长和走势的看法并不一致,国际上既有看好的,也有唱空的。总体上看,中国经济运行总体平稳、符合预期、结构向好。从速度变化看,经济运行处于合理区间。从结构优化看,新的经济结构正在形成。从动能转换看,新动力的成长势头正在加快。目前,中国和世界一样处于一个短期衰退期,但我们没必要过于悲观,中国有一些独特的资源可以应对危机和维系发展,但对这些特殊资源需要更清晰地加以认识,
