Knee joint is a joint that human beings must run, jump and walk. At present, there are not many academic articles about knee joint injury in academia, but it can really analyze the relationship between routine exercise and knee joint injury in detail. However, this article does not appear to the professional athletes and part of Wushu routines in Beijing Sport University. Coach survey visit to explore the specific reasons for knee injury in routine exercise, from the cause to find countermeasures, and strive to avoid unnecessary sports injuries, but also hope to provide theoretical basis for future training and competitions to make martial arts routine exercise Better to “high, difficult, beautiful, new” direction.
