The quality of cadres is the sum of those intrinsic elements that leaders often play in leadership work through learning and exercise on the basis of individual physiology. It is the basic condition that the leader must have in order to lead the activity and is a kind of potential leadership ability. Over the years, the Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University do a good job in cadre management, pay attention to improving the quality of cadres, work solid and effective. In the assessment in recent years, 30% of the cadres in the hospital were rated as excellent cadres, 65% of cadres were rated as good, 5% of cadres were booked and received various honors
