党委领导下的厂长负责制,是办好社会主义企业的根本制度。它的含意既体现了党的集体领导,又明确了厂长负责的原则。实践使我们体会到:贯彻党委领导下的厂长负责制,处理好党委、厂长和职代会之间的关系是个很重要的问题。因为实行党委领导下的厂长负责制和职工代表大会制。说明党委、厂长、职代会三者都要对办好企业发挥作用,怎样发挥作用,这就需要明确和处理好三者之间的关系。对于这个问题一开始我们并不是很清楚。
