对包含了操作性学习及概念性学习的复合质量学习过程进行数学建模,使用数学模型诠释了质量学习的作用机理,将概念性学习的因素加入了学习曲线,并通过企业实证数据拟合,证实了该模型的有效性。由数学分析可知,操作性学习与概念性学习皆可带来厂商平均生产成本的下降,并有边际递减效应。对于总成本的作用机制,则有所不同。同时,通过数值算例模拟了不同知识水平的厂商的成本情况。
