辊式矫直是改善板型、消除残余应力,获得合格金属板带材的重要工艺环节。高性价比的高强板强韧性高,矫直难度大。文章在矫直理论分析的基础上,将大变形平行辊缝矫直方案应用于高强板矫直实践中,并建立边辊调整计算方法,通过实验方法对大变形平行辊缝矫直方案进行验证。研究表明,大变形平行矫直方案能有效矫直高强板,矫直效果优于同压下量的倾斜矫直;平行矫直方案的矫直力和传动扭矩均大于倾斜矫直,其矫直力是相应倾斜矫直方案矫直力的1.4~2.0倍。
