人力资源是企业进行稳定生产经营活动的重要基础,也能为企业的持续健康发展提供源源不断的动力。应用有效的人力资源管理提升企业生产力,已经成为现代企业的广泛发展共识。油田是为社会进行原油生产和供应的主要单位,其生产效率是保证企业经营效益的关键因素,笔者通过对激励机制建设在油田人力资源管理中的作用进行深入探究,分析激励机制的概念和作用、激励机制建设在油田人力资源管理中的应用,以促进油田人力资源管理水平的提升。
Human resources are an important foundation for enterprises to carry out stable production and operation activities and provide an endless source of power for the sustained and healthy development of enterprises. The application of effective human resources management to enhance the productivity of enterprises has become the consensus of extensive development of modern enterprises. Oilfield is the main unit for crude oil production and supply for the society. Its production efficiency is the key factor to ensure the operating efficiency of the enterprise. The author explores the function of incentive mechanism in the human resource management of oilfield and analyzes the concept and function of the incentive mechanism , The application of incentive mechanism in oilfield human resources management to promote the improvement of human resources management in oilfields.
