目的 探讨经导管介入治疗冠状动脉瘘的方法及临床疗效。方法 经导管堵塞冠状动脉瘘 14例 ,平均年龄 7.1岁。结果 13例应用弹簧圈堵塞 ,平均瘘口大小为 3 6 5mm ,除 3例失败外均获成功 ;1例 (瘘口 6 6mm)应用Amplatzer动脉导管未闭堵塞器堵塞成功。所有病例随访 1个月～ 4年 ,均无残余分流及任何并发症。结论 经导管介入治疗冠状动脉瘘具有良好的临床疗效及安全性。可控弹簧圈一般用于堵塞瘘口较小的冠状动脉瘘 ,而瘘口较大的冠状动脉瘘可选用Amplatzer动脉导管未闭堵塞器。
Objective To investigate the method of transcatheter interventional treatment of coronary artery fistula and its clinical effect. Methods 14 cases of catheter blockage of coronary fistula, the average age of 7.1 years. Results Thirteen patients were occluded with coils. The mean fistula size was 36 mm, except 3 cases which failed. All cases were successfully occluded with Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus plug in 1 case (fistula 6 6 mm). All cases were followed up for 1 month to 4 years, no residual shunt and any complications. Conclusions Transcatheter interventional treatment of coronary fistula has good clinical efficacy and safety. Controllable coil is generally used to occlude the smaller fistula coronary fistula, and larger fistula coronary fistula Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus can be used.
