目的研究硝苯地平缓释片与缬沙坦分散片联合应用治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的效果。方法将160例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为硝苯地平缓释片联合缬沙坦分散片治疗组和硝苯地平缓释片对照组,记录用药前及用药后4周血压。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%高于对照组的80%(P<0.01)。结论硝苯地平缓释片与缬沙坦分散片联合治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压效果好。
Objective To study the effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with valsartan dispersible tablets in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 160 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly divided into nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with valsartan dispersible tablets and nifedipine sustained-release tablets control group, and the blood pressure was recorded 4 weeks after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.5% higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets and valsartan dispersible tablets combined treatment of elderly systolic hypertension effective.
