细胞色素P45 0 单加氧酶参与许多药物 ,包括异搏定的代谢 ,但这些药物在人体心脏中的代谢情况鲜有报道 ,本文检测了人类心脏不同部位细胞色素P45 0 单加氧酶的基因表达 ,并通过异搏定在心室组织微粒体中的代谢对组织特异性细胞色素单加氧酶基因表达的生物学意义进行了研究。
Cytochrome P45 0 monooxygenases are involved in the metabolism of many drugs, including verapamil, but the metabolism of these drugs in human heart has rarely been reported. This paper examined the cytochrome P45 0 monooxygenase genes in different parts of human heart The biological significance of tissue-specific cytochrome monooxygenase gene expression through the metabolism of verapamil in ventricular tissue microsomes was studied.
