以往研究大多集中于分析个体关联关系,自我中心网或整体网这三个层面的静态特征对关键研发者创造力的作用机制,缺乏对类似于网络切割点这样同时包含三个层面网络特征的动态性考察.鉴于此,本文基于国内46家企业1995 2010年的专利数据,利用负二项回归模型,从群体层次和时间维度分析了关键研发者占据以往和当前合作网络切割点位置对其创造力的影响.结果表明:在较长的时间窗口内,关键研发者占据以往合作网络中的切割点位置越多,其创造力越低;而占据当前合作网络的切割点位置与关键研发者创造力之间呈倒U型关系,且不受数据窗口长短的影响.研究结论证实了关键研发者占据当前切割点位置的重要性以及时间因素在考察网络动态作用中的重要地位.
Most of the previous researches focused on analyzing the mechanism of the static characteristics of the key R & D creativity at the three levels of individual affiliation, self-center network or holistic network, lacking the dynamic resemblance of network cut-point to the three-level network characteristics In view of this, based on the patent data of 46 domestic enterprises in 1995 and 2010, the paper uses the negative binomial regression model to analyze the creativity of key developers occupying the position of the cutting points of the past and current cooperative networks from the group level and the time dimension The results show that in the longer time window, the key developer occupies the more cutting points in the former cooperation network, and the lower the creativity is, while the position of the cutting points which occupy the current cooperation network and the key developer’s creativity Is inverted U-shaped, and is not affected by the length of the data window.The research conclusion confirms the importance of the key researchers occupying the current cutting position and the importance of the time factor in examining the dynamic effects of the network.
