目的对龙脑进行急性毒性试验,了解龙脑的急性毒作用剂量,初步判断可能的毒性靶器官。方法根据预实验结果,采用霍恩氏(Horn’s),分设6个组:0.464、1.000、2.150、4.640 g/kg BW、溶剂(植物油)组、阴性对照组进行试验,试验后观察14 d。结果雄性小鼠LD50为1.71 g/kg BW(95%C:I 1.26~2.33 g/kg BW);雌性小鼠LD50为2.00 g/kg BW(95%CI:1.37~2.91 g/kg BW)。结论根据龙脑的急性毒性实验反应的主要表现和死亡小鼠的大体解剖可以初步判断龙脑为神经毒作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the acute toxicity test of borneol and understand the acute toxic dose of borneol, and tentatively determine the possible toxic target organ. Methods Horn’s were divided into six groups according to the pre-experimental results: 0.464,1.000,2.150,4.640 g / kg BW, solvent (vegetable oil) group and negative control group for 14 days. Results LD50 of male mice was 1.71 g / kg BW (95% CI: 1.26-2.33 g / kg BW); LD50 of female mice was 2.00 g / kg BW (95% CI 1.37-2.91 g / kg BW). Conclusion According to the main manifestations of the experimental acute toxicity of borneol and the gross anatomy of the dead mice, the neuronal toxicity of borneol can be initially determined.
