在科技型中小企业日益承担经济重担的时代,我们必须意识到对科技型中小企业的培育也要从短程孵化向长程辅育转变,从孵化企业向辅育产业转变,以帮助科技型中小企业嵌入由产业链、价值链、供应链等交织而成的新型经济生态网络系统中,并成为该网络中的关键环节和重要节点。
