传统的病案复印模式无论从法定材料审核、申请人复印需求确认、病案调取过程、收费登记等环节均需耗费一定的时间。在医疗机构实施电子病历的基础上,传统的纸质病案调阅环节可以省略,节省大量的时间及人力资源;而其他流程如材料审核、复印需求申请、收费登记等环节是否亦可通过人机对话等自助终端实现病案自助复印。本文就传统复印模式转变的必要性及病案自助复印服务的实现要点展开探讨。电子病历是前提,复印申请人的身份识别是难点,人机自助界面能够模拟人工复印窗口的沟通解释要点,从身份识别、复印需求呈现到缴费支付实现全程自助。病案自助服务的开展对实现病案复印管理的现代化、信息化、人性化、智能化具有重要的意义。
