目的:探讨氧化应激反应对糖尿病性周围神经病变的影响。方法:选择34例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者为观察组,同期选择32例糖尿病无周围神经病变患者为对照组,由专人测定超氧歧化酶(SOD)的水平(由分光光度法测定)。结果:观察组SOD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:糖尿病性周围神经病变患者体内抗氧化能力明显减弱。增强其抗氧化能力,是防治糖尿病性周围神经病变的方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oxidative stress on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Thirty-four patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as the observation group. 32 patients with peripheral neuropathy without diabetes were selected as the control group, and the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was measured by hand (determined by spectrophotometry). Results: The SOD level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.001). Conclusion: The anti-oxidative capacity of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients decreased significantly. To enhance its antioxidant capacity, is one of the ways to prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
