With the constant improvement of people’s living standard, cultural construction occupies an irreplaceable position and role in various undertakings. As a cultural bank with more than 2,000 years of culture, Hepu needs to firmly grasp the main spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress, emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, speed up the pace of construction of a “cultural county” and provide a strong force for building a harmonious Hepu County Spiritual support.
