我院自1991年1月开始大胆进行分配制度改革,在全院实行了以提高医疗质量、工作效率、技术水平、经济效益为核心内容的劳动效益工资制,将国家规定的16个科目的工资改为5个,并在实施过程中不断完善和调整,从而优化了医院激励机制,调动了广大干部职工的积极性,提高了医院科学管理水平。然而,1994年党政事业单位实行工资制度改革,对我院效益工资方案产生了较大影响。我们通过认真学习国务院
