提出了一种新的快速试验方法以评价烧结砖冻融耐久性报告。与ASTM C67规定的试验方法相比,该方法更精确地模拟砌墙砖冻融循环。报告对比了新的试验方法与现有的其他耐久性试验方法,用工厂烧制的砖、工厂挤出在试验室烧制的砖进行比对试验。结果显示,在5 h沸煮饱和吸水状态下,用新的快速冻融循环试验方法评价砖的耐久性,有很高的准确性。
A new rapid test method is presented to evaluate the freeze-thaw durability of sintered brick. Compared with the test method stipulated by ASTM C67, this method simulates the brick freeze-thaw cycle more accurately. The report compares the new test method with other existing durability testing methods, using factory-fired bricks and factory extruders to compare the bricks fired in the laboratory. The results showed that the durability of the bricks was evaluated by the new rapid freeze-thaw cycle test method with high boiling-saturated water absorption for 5 h with high accuracy.
