通过对甘蓝型隐性核不育两型系杂交油菜制种母本设置 3个移栽密度、可育株拔除设置 2个不同时期的研究 ,结果表明 :增加母本种植密度有一定的增产作用 ,增产率仅为 0 .7%~ 2 .0 % ,效果不显著 ,但密度加大 ,拔除可育株工作量增加 ,投入加大 ,比较效益降低 ,合理的密度以 6 0 0 0~ 80 0 0株 /6 6 7m2为宜 ;拔除可育株时期在蕾期比在临花期提高制种产量达 17.3~ 2 0 .4 kg/6 6 7m2 ,增产率 30 .5 %~ 36 .6 9% ,增产效果极显著。因此 ,蕾期是隐性核不育两系杂交油菜制种拔除可育株的最佳时期 ,特别是母本种植密度较大时更应掌握在蕾期尽早拔除。其技术已在制种区得到普遍应用。
Three transplanting densities were set on female parent of two-genotype hybrid of Brassica campestris L.secondary sterile line, and two different periods of fertile plants were set off.
