目的:分别用Pentacam与角膜超声测厚仪测量人眼LASIK手术后角膜厚度的变化并做比较。方法:应用Pentacam和日本尼德克公司生产的UP-1000角膜超声测厚仪对267例近视眼患者进行LASIK术后1,3,6mo角膜厚度观察。结果:Pentacam与超声测厚仪所测厚度进行直线相关分析:相关系数r=0.985,P<0.01,两种测量方法的结果存在正相关。两种方法测量LASIK术后角膜厚度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Pentacam三维眼前节分析仪测量中央角膜厚度方法准确,简便,无创性,更适用于LASIK手术后角膜厚度的临床检查及科研研究。
OBJECTIVE: To measure and compare the change of corneal thickness after LASIK surgery with Pentacam and corneal echocardiography respectively. Methods: Pentacam and UP-1000 corneal ultrasound thickness gauge produced by Nike Corporation were used to observe the corneal thickness at 1, 3 and 6 months after LASIK in 267 patients with myopia. Results: The correlation between Pentacam and the thickness of ultrasonic thickness gauge was linear correlation: the correlation coefficient r = 0.985, P <0.01. There was a positive correlation between the two methods. There was no significant difference between the two methods in measuring corneal thickness after LASIK (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Pentacam 3D Anterior Segment Analyzer is an accurate, simple and noninvasive method to measure central corneal thickness. It is more suitable for clinical examination and research of corneal thickness after LASIK.
