目的:建立养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用Turner C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为316 nm,测定其含量。结果:阿魏酸浓度在0.999~99.899μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);加样回收率平均为97.27%,RSD为0.99%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作易行,快速准确,可用于养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Yangxue Tiaojing Mixture. Methods: Turner C_ (18) column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5.0 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 316 nm. Determination of its content. Results: The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.999 ~ 99.899μg / m L (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.27% and the RSD was 0.99% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is easy to operate, fast and accurate, and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Yangxue Tiaojing Mixture.
